Doctor Doom is a supervillain appearing in Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in The Fantastic Four #5 in April 1962, and has since endured as the archenemy of the superhero team the Fantastic Four. The Fantastic Four: First Steps is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Fantastic Four.
