Lilly was (presumbaly) the daughter of Szandor D’Abo, a man whom led a Satanic cult worshipping Abraxas. After the cult got in trouble with the law, the FBI was sent to the cult’s headquarters to apprehend them. However, the cult commited self-immolation in protest, causing a fire that destroyed the house where they held their rituals. During the mass suicide, Lilly, the only survivor of the fire, was possessed by a demon whom she later nicknamed “Mr. Wriggles”, after which she was taken to a research center run by parapsychologist and author June Ross-Mitchell, whom adopted her.
